All orders over $75 ship FREE! All other orders will be charged a shipping rate that is calculated at checkout.
- Free Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer FREE return labels and issue returns for store credit only. Items can be returned for store credit within 15 days of delivery. We do not charge restocking fees. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return all eligible items. The Store Credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping. Store credit never expires. Please include the Packing Slip with all eligible items authorized for your return in the return package. Hang tags MUST be attached to the garment in order to return. Store credit cannot be applied to a future purchase until the return is processed.
Please Note: All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition or the return will be subject to denial. As previously mentioned, all tags must be attached to the merchandise as well. All items purchased as a set need to be mailed together to be eligible for return.
- How do I track my recent order?
Once we ship your order, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. The shipment tracking information will be updated and available within 24-48 business hours of shipment.
You can also log in to your account and view your orders to track your package status.
- When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days as we prepare them for shipment. Once shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent that includes a tracking number. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment.
Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when awaiting your order.
- Can I place an international order?
While we'd love to share Prova with the world, we currently only ship domestically within the U.S.
- What if my package is lost or stolen?
Prova is not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen.
- How do I make a return?

Remember to include your order number, information about the items you're wanting to return and any other supporting details in order to ensure quick service. If your order is eligible for return, our support team will email you a FREE return label to send back your items.
