- Order History
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number, shipping address, billing address and of course, an itemized list of your Prova styles.
If you have a customer account with Prova, you will find your detailed order history after logging in. If you placed an order via guest checkout, you can refer to the order confirmation email.
- Your Prova Customer Account
You can create a Prova account, here. Within your account you will be able to view your order history, access tracking information on recent orders, and manage personal information like email, billing and shipping addresses.

- I forget my Prova account password. How do I get in?
You can reset your password by navigating to the login page, here. Then select "Forgot my password" underneath the form.
- When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days as we prep them for shipment. Once shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent that includes a tracking number. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment.
Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when awaiting your order.
- How do I track my recent order?
Once we ship your order, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. The shipment tracking information will be updated and available within 24-48 business hours of shipment.
You can also log in to your account and view your orders to track your package status.
- Can I place an international order?
While we'd love to share Prova with the world, we currently only ship domestically within the U.S.
- What if my package is lost or stolen?
Prova is not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen.
